Scottish Development International is a non-governmental public entity which represents Scotland for international trade and investment. My role is to grow Scottish food and drink businesses in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & South China.

- Develop marketing plans for a portfolio of top international brands include tea, coffee, fruit jam, liquid egg, nuts, crisps which generated over HK$ 30 million revenue/year. Managed over HK$3 million A&P budget/year.- Develop promotion campaigns with dinning groups, start hotels and club houses. - Organise HOFEX tradeshow and product demonstrations & training to sales team and clients.- Control P&L, ordering and inventory level of the portfolio.

Hong Kong Sar, Shanghai

- Oversee sales & marketing for a new business specialised in truffle gourmet. - Set up Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.- Build up the brand as a leading truffle supplier and a trusted supplier for international luxury brands, banks, airlines, dining groups and private clubs.
