I oversaw operations for those properties and employees. I collected from management companies. I filed liens and I worked close with Several attorneys for collections and suits. I kept up with insurance requirements from management companies. I was head of all Accounts receivable and accounts payable. I helped with payroll when needed. I visited properties and built relationships with clients and am a great problem solver. I set up meetings and travel plans. Did weekly reports and kept up with the aging reports. Took any calls for problems and executing them in a timely manner. Put together and typed out proposals and bids for supervisors. And all other task assigned.
