Provides strategic vision and direction for talent acquisition at Monarch Beverage. I manage our recruiting team and hiring process for Monarch Beverage, EF Transit and Vision Concepts. Assists in development of Management Training programs and has led efforts of our women's leadership group, Brewing Talent, for the organization. My primary focus is on talent development, succession planning initiatives and maintaining and retaining our top talent across all functions. This position involves meeting with key stakeholders in both a consultative and professional approach when dealing with hiring needs, projections, identifying areas of opportunity and providing strategic vision around talent. I also handle many aspects of progressive discipline, employee benefits, payroll, employee relations efforts, training, diversity and inclusion, and employment law. Throughout my time in this position I also have worked on the implementation of our new HRIS system, leadership training program, performance management audit, and new manager training program.

Responsible for recruiting and sourcing internal and external candidates for various positions throughout the organization. I created the Driver in Training program and am constantly looking for top candidates for this position. With a heavy focus on hiring veterans, women and minorities to our organization, I focus on attending events, volunteering at local organizations around these focus areas and putting programs into place to increase our number of hires. I recently began a Women's Group at Monarch Beverage to provide support and development for women in a very male dominated industry. Focusing on strategic recruiting and planning, College Recruiting, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
