As an individual, I have a proven track record of solving experiential and visual design challenges. I have led the work. I have supported the work. I have sold the work. All through numerous leadership positions spanning multiple design agencies, both big and small. Through this experience, I concluded that the large agency model is losing itself in change requests and unnecessary, overhead-causing roles.The problem is that things always seem to have to be bigger and better. Meaning pitches always have to go huge. Go beyond scope. Chase awards. Seek clout. When the client relies on the large agency to be the expert, the process is cyclical. Bigger and better for bigger and better’s sake is unnecessary. Often, it’s detrimental.For this reason, I started Radical Design Co. with Ryan Lefkoff.We’re a close-knit team based in Atlanta with experts specializing in service design, experiential design, and visual design. We’re flexible, not bound by red tape like a traditional agency, and our core concept is relationships.We’ll help you showcase how your future customer experiences work in harmony with both your current and future state of service. The reality is that different design paths exist to achieve any mission. So we hold ourselves to a higher standard of involvement. We don’t depend on deliverables. Instead, our focus on outcomes drives our activity.
