Key Responsibilities:• financial data reporting under IFRS, Polish and Lux GAAP, • financial and cash management over real estate investments, both funds and SPV’s, as well as the head office (35 employees),• procuring debt financing for real estate and fund projects, • treasury and OTC management for real estate projects,• closing real estate transactions and tax restructuring processes, • setting up processes for finance department,• managing relationships with financial institutions,• oversight over a team of two employees, incl. recruiting and daily operations,• budgeting and managerial reporting to key stakeholders,• managing a number of service providers for outsourced processes.Key Accomplishments :• Obtaining a total of over €500m of senior and junior debt for 18 real estate assets as well as fund level bridge financing, • Setting up and maintaining financial reporting for six real estate funds and separate accounts with a total of over €800m equity,• Setting up a financial reporting and cash management platform for property management of retail assets,• Closing the acquisition and disposition transactions across different asset types for a total of €350m value,

Key Responsibilities:• bookkeeping and advising on accounting for clients - multinational corporations, • preparing and advising on CIT and VAT calculations, • financial data reporting, • preparing financial statements as well as financial analyses, • drafting and reviewing the deferred tax calculation according to IFRS and U.S. GAAP,• participating in CIT reviews, • managing and coaching junior staff, • secondments to customers.Key Accomplishments:• Reconstructing accounting books for four financial years leading to preparation of financial statements and tax calculations for a chemical company,• Substituting for an employee for one of the real estate clients in financial reporting and consolidated financial statements preparations of a fund, • Setting up and delivering financial processes and reporting for numerous clients from various industries.
