I am from Richmond, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science as a Sociology major.During my early years of employment I worked in a call center and helped Medicare recipients enroll in healthcare plans most suitable to meet their wellness and financial needs. It was during this time I developed my love for helping others, insurance, and making a difference in the workplace.Currently, I am a Senior Business Analyst with Gallagher Bassett. I have extensive knowledge about Electronic Data Interchange and the Workers Compensation industry. I have a passion for analyzing data, meeting new people, helping my peers and creating new processes to enhance methods.
