Responsible and supported all localized marketing efforts for 71 locations nationwide. The key focus with this role was to increase lead generation and member retention in each location through the development and optimizing of current and new strategies. In this position Kevin worked closely with SVP of Marketing and Technology as well as the C-level executives to create new campaigns to increase a better ROI on all marketing strategies. Led the creation and implementation of a marketing calendar for each marketing business line using appropriate elements to help key metrics and goals. He identified trends, need gaps, opportunities and made recommendations for improvement. Established central ideas and best practices for local teams to achieve targets and strengthen community relations.

Oversaw the General Managers/Senior General Manager of 5 studios to help drive and support the effectiveness and efficiency. Developed a team focused on leadership, loyalty, adaptability, strategic planning, increased profitability, out-of-the-box brain storming, peak performance, top recruiting, and keeping a customer centric focus. Managed Los Angeles annual regional $5M budget. Launched multiple locations, including Playa Vista (projected gross revenue $1.2M). Developed and launched successful outreach program including corporate partnerships, neighborhood campaigns and community events for each new studio. Coordinated with corporate office to ensure all human resources, marketing, public relations, purchasing, and legal issues were properly executed.
