Create framework for safe on-site working during the Covid-19 pandemic. Responsible for internal communications of ever-changing regulations, in collaboration with all departments and key stakeholders. Create training material and deliver training to all staff before their return on site.

Arrange and manage public and research visits to the National Collection Store and Research Facility. Be the first line of contact with the public, manage bookings and calendars.
