I was promoted to CFO after serving as Vice President of Corporate Development where I championed a diversification strategy, while doubling the company’s M&A opportunity pipeline. While leading investor relations, I also strengthened relationships while adding sell-side research coverage, building new demand with proactive outreach and a consistent, compelling, and contemporary messaging strategy, including the company's inaugural Investor Day in November 2023.I built my success on an invaluable foundation at GE. I was an influential voice in strategy, valuation and due diligence leading up to GE Transportation’s disposition, led multiple, global M&A transactions across various GE businesses, and am a graduate of both the Corporate Audit Staff and Financial Management Program. I am fortunate to have lived and worked outside the US where I learned the value of diverse voices in problem-solving and the nuance needed to collaborate across borders and cultures. No matter where I am in the world, I love setting my teams up for success. I am proud to have helped expand the “Heart of Thermon” initiative to enhance diversity in hiring practices and guide charitable giving toward diversity, education, environmental, and health-related causes. I also serve as a mentor to US military veterans and their spouses in transitioning to their next career.
