• Managing the facilities team (catering,cleaning services,reception, AV, handymen,security) • Coordination between several departments handyman, catering staff, receptionists, audiovisual coordinator, account managers and facilitors • General quality performance- standards in operation towards clients/guests • Responsible for the correct planning and execution of the sessions in LEF future center • Arranging and monitoring specific requirements for events• Internal logistic process of persons, materials and goods• Financial performance facility team in accordance to budget• Responsible for facility policy in general• Responsible for the administration of the reservation system of the center, system especially designed for LEF only• Contract negotiations and monitoring• Coaching of the employees in the team on attitude and work content• Coordination of work implementation and planning with the Facility building management of location Westraven• Purchase, periodic and corrective maintenance of all equipment, installation and inventory, furniture of the center • General advice of management of LEF on all facility related issues• Pro active attitude towards planning and realization of new implementations or innovations (for example catering concepts, new furniture, design of the spaces, routing etc.)• Arrange input for the year plan and budgeting plans
