Drawing from my finance, systems, and bizops background, I acted as the business arm of the org, driving engineers to build in ways that were strategic, scalable, optimized, and profitable. Operations: Set OKRs to ensure engineering work mapped back to company goals in a meaningful and cohesive way. Established KPIs to track team health, drove Monthly Business Reviews, and streamlined processes to reduce toil. Program Management: Managed a team of TPMs, Project Managers, and QA Testers, who ran the Product Release program, and drove cross-functional initiatives. Cloud Cost Management: Developed cost optimization strategies, set savings targets, outlined tagging frameworks, made Reserved Instance + Savings Plan recommendations, and led monthly cost reviews. Strategic Sourcing: Managed contract negotiations and renewals for technology vendors, created make vs. buy analyses, identified new tooling opportunities, and modeled minimum commitment scenarios. Technology P&L: Oversaw Engineering’s annual operating plan (62% of total company spend) and partnered with Finance to track actual costs against budget.

I also monitored inventory channels for top global retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart) to mitigate stockout and buyback risk, and partnered with engineering leadership to automate reporting and accounting processes.
