It also allows insurers to conduct and manage risk adjustment in accordance with state and federal exchange compliance.• Responsible for design and development of reconciliation module of the WEM implementation • Involved in devising a strategy to overhaul the monolithic architecture of the system into a more distributed approach. This involved fine-tuning the entire design of the product to enhance performance and reduce load on resources.• Designed and implemented the batch execution framework consisting of more than 80 batch jobs which performs bulk of the system processing.• Implemented integration points of the WEM system with 10 vendor/carrier systems using different strategies like file based, DB based and web-service based integrations.• Leading the development team to fix the issues in the production team and client-specific enhancements requested.• Interacting with onsite analyst and technical team and also the client’s business, management and deployment teams to ensure smooth delivery of client releases.
