Alongside my co-founders and an incredible team, we've positively impacted over 1500 youth in BC and Alberta, providing physical, mental, and emotional wellness education.I'm deeply involved in community initiatives, serving as an advisor for non-profits dedicated to creating safe and accessible spaces. My focus extends beyond conventional approaches, actively contributing to crafting transformative leadership teams that are community-centered and forward-thinking.Additionally, as an advisor for a youth mentorship non-profit, I play a pivotal role in building strategic partnerships and offering valuable guidance on board governance, aligning with my commitment to shaping the next generation of leaders.In my passion for entrepreneurship, I mentor early-stage startups, guiding them towards community-conscious and sustainable solutions. I also extend my support to new immigrants and international students, drawing from my own experiences in navigating life in a new country.Currently, as a leader in an HR and DEID boutique consulting firm, I play a key role in developing community training programs for professionals beginning their EDI journey.
