As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist, I processed retirement plan payroll files, including plan participant contributions and loan repayments, processed plan participant distribution and loan origination requests, and submitted disbursement details via custodian website. I assisted with special projects as needed and identified process improvements to create efficiencies.
