With over 30 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and analytics, I help to ensure that Meta's products are safe and enjoyable for our users. I am passionate about maintaining the balance between user safety and well-being, while enjoying immersive, innovative experiences that connect people.In addition to my data science role, I am also a licensed marriage & family therapist and have a small group private practice in San Jose where we treat children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples, virtually and in-person (W. San Jose). I have a master's degree in clinical psychology and I am currently pursuing a doctorate in the same field. I leverage my psychology background and skills to inform my data science work.
