As chair of Advocacy & Education, work centered around management of enterprise DEI training, development and enhancement of employee-focused diversity, inclusion, and belonging programs, provision of guidance to business team-led initiatives, and driving the integration of DEI practices into the everyday workplace culture.

Managed the enterprise privacy program - focused on data governance, privacy protection, risk mitigation, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Drove operational efforts related to privacy, cyber, and third party risk assessment along with data stewardship and management. Collaborated with business area leaders to effectively utilize the risk assessment workflow in order to assist executive leadership in the evaluation of new business ventures and vendors.

Streamlined the financial reporting methodology for the Director of Finance & Investments through the creation of a Microsoft Access data warehouse and leveraging custom SQL scripts to “automate” data processing. Reduced the overall investment performance reporting process time by 30%. Provided support and training for various business systems focusing primarily on the enterprise implementation of Concur Travel and Expense modules.

Led the design, development, and support of financial forecasting and reporting applications across a variety of Oracle platforms. Partnered with the IT Portfolio Management Office to design the new standard project intake process and application solution. Collaborated with cross-functional teams and provided subject matter expertise on the architecture and development of IT-based process and application solutions and improvements. Owned the management and support of Enterprise productivity tools focusing heavily on Microsoft applications. Responsible for the generation and delivery of end user training content.

Developed integrated financial forecasting tools built upon the Oracle Hyperion Planning platform through collaboration with Finance business partners. Responsible for the generation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) in support of application development. Supervised the end-to-end execution of Business Acceptance Tests (BAT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT). Managed the development and delivery of user training content across multiple mediums. Partnered with IT specialists in the design, testing, deployment, and support of application solutions.

Developed the implementation plan and scope for the proposal to standardize Sales forecast quality metrics across functional teams. Collaborated with functional business partners to design and deliver function-specific forecast analysis reports to improve forecast visibility. Planned the design and execution of the project metrics tracking methodology which measured the progress and success of team initiatives.

Produced analytic reports to influence key business decisions and highlight sales performance. Drove initiatives to redesign forecast processes by providing procedural improvement insights and maintaining business partner feedback loop to ensure quality support. Analyzed the structural integrity of major electronic components under operational environments for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Program. Collaborated with JSF structural analysis team to evaluate the structural reliability of JSF rack assembly designs to predict component structural fatigue and failure. Streamlined Environment Safety Survey (ESS) vibration notching procedure for JSF rack assemblies resulting in the compression of ESS vibration test schedule by 40%.
