Operations Leadership Program - Rotation 3:Production Supervisor, within the Indianapolis Plastics Department, leading a group of 15-20 associates that include quality technicians and machine operators to meet production and quality goals; rotated between 1st and 2nd shift during time in role. Conducted interviews and trained new associates on processes for production floor. Completed normal supervisor duties that included: creating daily operator and quality tech schedule, covering breaks if needed, auditing tip racks and sleeves, attending Daily Management meetings to speak to our safety and production metrics.

Operations Leadership Program - Rotation 2:Held the role of the Indianapolis MasterControl Training Administrator, where I created, modified, and updated training courses and documents within the MasterControl system (a Learning Management System). Supported CAPA projects, supported customer and Internal audits, and aided in a global kaizen event to decrease of irrelevant trainings within the MasterControl system by more than 31%. Owned the BEC LS Overdue Training Escalation Process (BEC LS sites globally scope). I decreased the average number of overdue trainings by more than 50% and sustained that metric for a majority of this rotation through the implementation of temporary/permanent countermeasures and continuously monitoring training data.

Operations Leadership Program- Rotation 1:Owned the BEC LS Kanban Audit Problem Solving Process (PSP) which lead to increase in number of daily audits completed, decrease in percentage of errors in inventory, and investigation of any impactful errors such as stock outs. I was able to increase the Kanban Audit Accuracy Percentage by 2.8%, decrease Kanban Execution Errors by 5%, decreasing stockouts, and therefore increasing Plant On-Time Delivery by more than 20%. Also created a Value Stream Map of the current state process within our rotors area to pinpoint areas of improvement.

Danaher’s Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is a 2-year rotational program designed for students looking to realize their leadership potential at one of Danaher's global Operating Companies (OpCos). The 2-year program includes four 6-month long rotations in multiple operations functions. Through collaboration on critical projects, connecting with senior leaders, and taking on exciting challenges, I will be equipped with the tools and skills needed for an operations role in any of the following areas: Material Planning, Danaher Business System (Continuous Improvement), Production Supervising, and Quality Engineering.

Intern that primarily worked in the wheelchair clinic with an Assistive Technology Specialist. Shadowed multiple therapists across multiple therapy disciplines (such as recreational therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, etc.). Designed and created a utility tray for hemiparesis patients using supportive armrest wheelchairs. The utility tray was made to decrease the pressure that put onto patient's forearms when their arms are rested on the armrest supports. This specific utility tray also aids patients in using tablets/phones, reading books, holding a remote, while also giving them space to eat on the tray as well.
