Responsible for the day to day operations, growth, and strategic roadmap and innovation of Allscripts Central, the client hub for access to the Client Community, the Allscripts Learning Center, Software Downloads, Documentation, and the Client Support Portal.Successfully led an eService redesign program which focused on consolidating client and employee access to various online support tools through a single sign on portal. Program focused on personalized end user experience, promotion of content relevant to the individual end user, and reduction of clicks to access commonly used support tools and resources.Direct management of 6 business leads, and indirect management of 20 + spoke team members within each business unit focused specifically on eService.Promotion and education of online eService tools to extend collaboration among employee and client teams.

Manage external client community of 40,000 users serving multiple Allscripts products. Responsible for day to day operations, evangelizing the community, strategy and future growth/innovation of the community. Direct management of the core eServices team, with dotted line management of individucal community leaders. Established an active Client Advisory team, who have a direct voice in the future development and improvement of Allscripts eService applications and processes.Lead for the eService portal, which provides single sign on, seamless access to Allscripts eService applications and knowledge resources.
