-Conducting legal research to assist the lawyer to guide decision making around the specific file-Drafting legal correspondence and documents important to the client’s case-Ownership of maintaining files from opening to final settlement-Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the office -Interact with clients, and other key-contacts to arrange discoveries, mediations, pre-trial, and settlement conferences-Build relationships with medical experts and their teams to ensure availability when required -Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable-Perform administrative related duties as required
