Rishabh is an IIT Kharagpur, IIM Kozhikode alumnus who is currently working within the domains of Business Strategy at Monitor Deloitte. He carries extensive pre-MBA startup experience in IT solution consulting and product management. He has been awarded on-campus PPI opportunities across three major domains - Product Management (by Walmart), Sales & Marketing (by Asian Paints) and Management Consulting (by PwC US).In addition to his academic pursuit, he spent his summers at IIMK working for Walmart Global as a product management intern and is a certified practitioner of AWS Cloud, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma. His recent work in The Future of Work: HR's Response to Automation and AI won the best article award at Ekagra 6.0 at IIM Amritsar. He is also a selected member of Hriday - IIM Kozhikode's HR and OB Interest Group and a National Finalist in PwC Challenge 5.0, JSW Challenge '22, and Puma Forever Faster '22 and Campus Runner-Up for Asian Paints Canvas '23 and Salesforce Campus Challenge '22.
