•Responsible for managing and writing all contractual documents including Purchase Orders, Professional Service Agreements, Rubbish Removal Agreements, Bare Rental Agreements, Master Agreements, National Agreements, etc. in both government and commercial arenas.•Receive requests, obtain estimates, update records, initiate paperwork, process and obtain approval of contract changes.•Provide guidance and leadership relating to contractual compliance to contract department and Project Management team members.•Analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies.•Prepare and manage all Safety documentation for onsite subcontractors.•Communicate with Subcontractors and Vendors on Contractual matters, delays, extension of time, variations, warranties, etc.•Manage compiling and preparing of bid documents and bidders lists, including RFP’s, ITB’s, and RFI’s.•Responsible for prequalification documentation process for all subcontractors.•Support engineers and estimators in preparations of estimates by contacting vendors for budgetary pricing for equipment and materials. •Implementation of contracting strategies and contracts for construction and professional services, and other services in support of capital projects for our Clients. •Responsible for support and guidance to engineering personnel, Project Managers, and Construction Managers on formation, implementation, and administration of contract/subcontract procedures. •Ensures that all contract administration procedures are followed and executed in a professional manner. •Responsible for assisting and advising Project Managers with ongoing administration of contracts with Clients and for ensuring adherence to established contract and procedures and requirements.
