With over Seven years’ experience implementing strategies to improve operational and financial performance. Specific areas of expertise include: financial analysis, forecast and budgeting, cost reduction, project and program management, and business process redesign.

• Create pricing and forecasting models alongside Partners and Managing Directors for potential engagements which account for the projects’ phases and activities, resources, and any nuances (credits, discounts) to produce the best/worst case scenario of an outcome• Once a project is sold, our role is to manage the financials throughout the life of the engagement to ensure profitability• Weekly financial calls with Partners and Senior Managers to discuss progress, updates, and adjustments that need to be made from a strategy standpoint. • Create any financial ad-hoc requests as needed to assist the client facing team

-Strategically work with finance leadership and business partners to perform financial analysis on monthly business reporting, forecasting, planning and expenses in the Marine, Hanover Specialty Insurance, and Technology segments-Create and improve financial reports to monitor the business trends and key metrics
