As the Vice President of the Supply Chain Management team my primary responsibility to take care of the end to end operation management of Novatium. Since 1999 Dec, I was leading translation activities in one of the product range.• Stable Operations: Stable operation projects are aimed at constant & reliable output every line everyday. Facilitate the team to make dent matrix & drive towards consistency.• Project Identification & Execution: It involves coordination with manufacturing, quality & Finance team to find & analyze short falls in cost & quality areas. Instrumental in developing QCD approach, a best practice of project selection across GE Lighting Europe. I have completed 12 Six-sigma projects in manufacturing division earning a cost reduction of Rs. 3.9 Million & also reduced quality defects significantly. Imparted Six Sigma training to 75 manufacturing staff & quality awareness training to 300 team members.• ISO 9002 : I had the opportunity to lead ISO 9002 certification in one of the locations of GE Lighting India.
