1. Work within procedures and guidelines to conduct paper and pencil Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) tests for enlistment test sessions at Mobile Examining Team (MET) sites, automated testing on Computer Adaptive Testing (CAT) terminals at MET sites, and paper and pencil testing of ASVAB tests at high schools in a timely manner. Use subordinates, lateral, and higher-level management to eliminate issues associated with the preparation of the ASVAB test location to ensure positive public perception of DoD Student Testing Program. 2. Conduct the ASVAB test to determine individual qualification for enlistment into military service. Administer specified written examination session ranging in size from 1 to 25 persons (enlistment test) and 1 to 250 persons (student test). Apply knowledge of DoD and USMEPCOM policy protecting against predictive test validity of the DoD Military Testing Program. Understand various procedures of testing, re-test eligibility, and technical expertise to ensure testing data is properly entered.3. Follow common test administration practices and guidelines; instruct applications on testing procedures; distribute, collect, and sort all testing material to include: answer sheets, test taker forms, enlistment test booklets, student test booklets, and personal Data Assistants (PDAs); conduct quality control checks to ensure all forms are properly completed and make corrections as needed; apprise recruiters of status of testing applicants; prepare applicant package and mail all documents to appropriate offices for action, assist in training of other test administrators on proper testing regulation.4. Responsible for the overall safety and security of all testing material, personnel, and facilities in which the tests are being administered to include proper safeguarding, storage, and use of materials in accordance with established regulations to avoid Test Loss Compromises (TLC) before and during AVSAB testing.
