• Worked on the Caucus Support Hotline in Las Vegas during the successful Nevada Caucus. I raised potential issues with the Caucus structure and ensured that paper versions of the early-voting data were given to Precinct Chairs, preventing a total collapse of the Caucuses, which might very well have occurred if the data was only on the iPads, which were problematic.• Worked on the Voter Support Hotline on Super Tuesday, helping voters and organizers in 14 states. I was given special assignments as a Data Manager and Slack Channel Moderator. I was also selected to test new strategies, such as Voter ID by texting.• Texted with 20,000+ voters across 30+ states to get out the vote for primaries and caucuses.• Managed others on the Texting Team.• Quickly learned voter laws and regulations for 30+ states and territories.• Assisted others on the team by answering complicated questions.• Held conversations with thousands of voters, explaining how to register to vote and overcome obstacles to voting.
