I acted in a dual role while helping Samsung (MSCA) build its convergence platform to enhance the value-add and interoperability of owning multiple Samsung products. My team's directive was to innovate around experiences for creating, consuming, and sharing media (both personal and public). I spent half my time as a technical product lead, responsible for managing a multi-discipline, multi-location team through several product release cycles. On the technical side, I was the architect for full stack functionality that my team delivered, following agile processes. I also owned the delivery of these features through QA and release cycles. On the product side, I handled prioritization and management of numerous features and products, including the building of business models, product strategy and market research, as well as defining the roadmap for my and other teams to follow.I spent the remainder of my time as an individual contributor, building principal Android pieces of the product features I owned.
