• As scrum master I was responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. • The responsibilities of this role include: Clearing obstacles. Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions. • As Scrum Master did all possible to help the team performs at their highest level. • This involves removing any impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, and doing things like working with the product owner to make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint. • As Dev worked with Agile team members to build software in a Scrum environment and apply iterative software development. • Also responsible for building complex software products using Scrum framework. • I was responsible for performing a variety of technical duties including application programming, analysis, testing, and production deployment.
