At Blue Origin, I contributed to the development and maintenance of the Lunar Lander Vehicle Test Bed (VTB), a platform designed for early system-level testing by integrating flight-like hardware with actual flight software. I developed software to emulate sensor behavior based on physics simulations, enabling real-time interaction with system components. Additionally, I automated and standardized configuration deployment across multiple servers using Ansible, ensuring a stable and consistent environment for testing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I integrated hardware and software from diverse sources, troubleshooting complex issues. I also integrated the VTB into customer CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous validation and improving flight software reliability.

Developed custom software applications for clients seeking embedded and automation solutions in a diverse set of industries. Managed and executed all phases of project life-cycle, including sales, defining requirements and specifications, architecture development, hardware selection, programming, testing, onsite deployment, and post-project support. Created a C# .NET WPF application to test and simulate client devices. Led CI/CD pipeline development for a radio communications project, conducting ’on-metal’ tests to evaluate real-world radio system performance, including throughput and latency. Wrote entire firmware for a PIC32 PID motor controller including state machine, drivers, and modules for pressure sensors, EEPROM, UART communication, analog IO, and PWM controlled h-bridge. Developed a Python Flask application for an SoC to record sensor data over UART and bluetooth. Then sending those test results using a web server. Created a C based UART communications API library with C++ and C# bindings. Implemented a custom bootloader in C for a STM32 microcontroller. Created technical proposals and generated over $500,000 worth of revenue. Developed large scale factory automation solutions using a variety of system platforms and hardware in a wide variety of industries. Served as the point of contact during onsite deployment and integration. Provided customer support through troubleshooting unfamiliar systems.
