About Nicholas Kraft

I am an eager, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with the drive and passion people appreciate and can relate to. I pride myself in building relationships with those around me and leading projects through teamwork and communication. Since graduating from SUNY ESF in May of 2015, I have spent the entire time in the field on construction projects. During that time, as the Lead Superintendent, I have worked closely with the Subcontractors, Vendors, Architects, Engineers and Clients on a daily basis to deliver a project through effective communication. Recent project portfolio includes, Residential Occupied Rehabs, Car Dealerships, Retail Stores, Education, Government Facilities, and LEED Accredited Design.
