Performed the role of Sr. Solution Consultant through the merger of Monet Software. Fulfilled product manager duties on our expanded Salesforce package portfolio and took on duties managing the integration development team.- Assisted in the design and testing of multiple integration efforts to several different phone systems and CRM’s. Performed a vital function in working with engineers to design, build, and test flexible and user-friendly integrations to key technology partners.- Managed sales enablement for multiple internal and external sales teams. Built training curriculums, provided remote training and created documentation to expand the sales teams across all global regions and make them self-sufficient.

Performed the role of product manager in the workforce management industry for contact centers. Maintained multiple duties including that of sales engineer and application specialist. - Led efforts to productize two key Salesforce integrations and performed all duties associated with the effort including process development, documentation, implementation, and customer support. - Responsible for designing and creating requirements for 3+ new features including creating wireframes in Balsamiq, writing requirements in Confluence, and working with the developers on User Acceptance.- Implemented over 12 new customers of our Salesforce integration. These opened a whole new market to our company and created a competitive edge in the marketplace. This integration now makes up 35% of new customers and was a major selling point when being acquired.- Performed many other duties including but not limited to: Sr. Sales engineer, sales enablement, application specialist, partner management, internal training of sales engineers and support personnel, subject matter expert on new and existing integrations, technical writing, implementation manager. Many of these duties were performed simultaneously.
