PulsePoint is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation based in the San Francisco Bay Area whose goal is simply to make it much easier for citizens who are trained in CPR to use their life saving skills to do just that…save lives! Through the use of modern, location-aware mobile devices PulsePoint is building applications that work with local Fire Departments, EMS agencies, and Police Departments to improve communications with citizens and empower them to help reduce the estimated 1,000,000 worldwide annual deaths from sudden cardiac arrest.Kraig's role at the PulsePoint Foundation is to lead global efforts to bring PulsePoint to communities and increase public awareness of the solution.

Kraig Erickson joined Physio-Control as Vice President, Sales of Sansio and Director, Marketing of Physio-Control Data Solutions, following the merger and acquisition of ScanHealth, Inc. dba Sansio in January of 2014. Post-acquisition, Kraig led introduction of software and service products to new organization team members, managed branding transitions, and led two new product launches to global sales team. As Product Manager, of PulsePoint, Kraig managed the partner relationship, set process, and supported sales team achieving over 200% annual revenue growth.Kraig’s responsibility included the day-to-day sales, marketing and business development of HomeCare and Fire/EMS SaaS product lines. He also had responsibility for Data Solutions branding and web presence.As the key member of Sanrio's senior leadership team focused on revenue generation, consistently exceeded performance goals with budgeted growth rates in excess of 20% and sales/marketing costs under 6% of gross revenue. Throughout tenure, also serve as webmaster of Sansio.com including layout, graphics, author of blog posts and pages, SEO/SEM management, and management of social media channels for all product lines. Managed change through acquisition by Physio-Control in 2014.As an early pioneer of the Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment and business models, Kraig helped migrate Sansio’s home care software from LAN to SaaS upon joining Sansio in 2001. Promoted to VP, Sales and Marketing for Sansio in 2007, Kraig led the design of Sansio’s web-based marketing strategies to effectively and cost-efficiently bring its message to market.

Kraig joined Sansio in July, 2001 as a Business Development Manager responsible for migration of Sansio LAN-based home care software solution to a web-based ASP model. Kraig was promoted to Director, Sales and Marketing, Home Care Services, in November, 2001, Director, Sales and Marketing in March of 2003, and Vice President in June of 2007. He is responsible for the day-to-day sales, marketing, and account management of Sansio’s home care product lines, and has overall corporate responsibility for the market image, branding, and web presence of Sansio products and services.

Wizmo, Inc., is an Application Service Provider (ASP) and pioneer of the Saas (Software as a Service) model. During this tenure, Kraig acted in the roles of Network Engineer, Network Services Manager, Director of Small Business Services, and Consulting Branch Manager and Sales. In those roles, he provided product, process, strategy, and market development of emerging application services nationwide and managed at a time when the company was ranked the 3rd fastest growing company in Minnesota.
