Rose to title of Administrative Director of Information Systems and Communication Services, Baylor Health Care System, 1991-1998. Reporting to the CFO and CEO of the facility, I was hired to develop and implement a new I/S and Communication Services department for the hospital. Subsequent work resulted in patient accounting, medical records, laboratory, radiology, central supply, order-entry, payroll, email and decision support systems being deployed and implemented throughout the hospital. Was involved in the physical transformation from a small hospital in Grapevine to what is now Baylor Regional Medical Center at Grapevine--one of Baylor Health Care's brightest gems.
