In my role as Organic Marketing Team Lead, I focus on growing our brand's online presence and attracting more visitors to our website and App Store listings.I lead a team to develop strategies that not only increase traffic but also encourage people to spend more time with our brand and consider our products or services. We keep up with the latest digital trends to ensure our efforts are effective and align with our company's goals. My aim is to connect with our audience naturally, without relying on paid advertising, and to make our brand a trusted name in our industry.

Managed the web browser game on the Croatian market, setting up and moderating game forums and social media. Game translation (English to Croatian). Published various promotional materials and worked on promotional activities in coordination with a team in Germany.I created and coordinated a small community management team for the game and worked on constantly improving customer help service.

Among others, in day-to-day communication I managed to build communities for YTONG Croatia (Facebook), Chivas Croatia (Facebook) and Emporia Telecom (FB, TW).

I was working in the digital marketing department. Among other tasks, my job included creating online marketing strategies for several products (mostly web portals). I was involved in teams for consulting on search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content production, and social media activities and techniques. Successfully improved in-house development and web design routines to be optimized for Search Engines. Successfully launched several web portals based on eZ publish Content Management System.

Successfully created the concept of a new webshop for the hardware/gaming store and managed it after it was launched. Created and launched various promotional activities on the webshop and in offline sales. Designed all branding materials for Qwest Ltd., as well as many other promotional materials used in marketing campaigns. I was working in offline sales during that period as well.
