Working in partnership with other members of the HR team and senior stakeholders, lead, develop and implement strategic talent management / development initiatives and programs. This includes talent assessment and identification, learning and development, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement.

Designed and implemented a company-wide High Potential development program, including researching best practices, identifying needs, and working with internal and external stakeholders to create solutions. Created a vision, built and executed strategies which accelerated leadership capabilities of the company’s High Potential senior leaders. Implemented.

Effectively supported client groups and provided solid advice and counsel to senior management as a strategic business partner in all aspects of HR.
