Working with Engineering and TGL’s to meet production requirements for Vmax and Symmetrix product’s under set guidelines for testing and handling of the product. Complete the final test stage by performing audits and following set procedures. Debug using diagnostic procedures and complex troubleshooting of systems to module level.Testing of field replacement power supplies, SPS's, UPS's, fans and electronic boards.Highlighting failures, trends and errors in procedures to attention of test engineers.Identification of defective material and debugging of software errors, following procedures and engineering technical tipsTesting of Emc's VMax Symmetrix systems and sub-components as servers, disk arrays enclosures, cables.Testing VMAX ALL FLASH systems , VMAX3 and RedWood, VPlex (Chinook) storage systemsWorking with Engineering and TGL’s to meet production requirements for VMAXSymmetrix product’s under set guidelines for testing and handling of the productTesting & building the disk arrays and database serversComprehensive testing scriptsUsing both diagnostic (JustOne) and shipcode format (Symmwin)System analysis and debug errors using diagnostic procedures and complex troubleshooting of systems to module levelCreating documentation of debug processMaterial management using software such as Oracle and SAPProduction orders management, resolving Flow Control issues in SAPComplete the final test stage by performing audits and following set procedures.
