My industry exposure spans from CNC CAD/CAM, email anti-virus, financial services, logistics and most recently trade workforce management. I've been developing software since 2003 and managing developers since 2006 in teams up to 30. In 2008 I was sent to Vancouver by my Australian employer to establish a new technical office. In 2009 I moved to London where I continued my work in financial services. I returned to Brisbane in 2012 and moved into logistics. From 2014 I've been working on a workforce management system for tradespeople. My technical skills lie primarily in software and databases however I enjoy Linux systems administration, networking and security. I am well versed in software architecture and database design of large scale service oriented systems. I always have my eye on the ever evolving community of open source development.
