rehabilitated several large apartment complexes in Orange and Santa Ana ,we would do a complete renovation from landscape to re-configuring the floor plan of the existing units. We would first gut everything then demo and rebuild every door and window all fixtures ,they were literally brand new when completed.while acting as superintendent with the subcontractors and city official I also acted as assistant project manager as needed.

Oversaw 3 commercial projects ,the largest a church with a 500 seat auditorium with stage and lighting for television and recording booths, and school with approximately one quarter mile of civil street work including water sewage,stop signs,stop lights, fire hydrant ,about 10 million dollar job at the time. also smaller job requiring the demo of a 5 acres existing orange grove, and installing a detention pond, for storm run off , for another church project. last one was a cell site about a 2500 square foot commercial building..
