Managed the production kitchen which supplies all food for 167 Bar, as well as 167 sushi bar. Organized and maintained the overall structure of the production kitchen and five employees. Worked with local purveyors to seasonally order all ingredients used for the restaurants while managing the restaurant food cost. Developed new seasonal menu items through research and development following new food trends.

Handled all the butchery needs for multiple high volume restaurants. Worked with national supply chains to gain insight on market pricing for C.A.B. Beef to foresee ordering issues. Managed a DHEC approved cured meat program that produces whole muscle and salami charcuterie. Single handedly maintained a butcher case stocked with fresh steaks, cured meats, and more while conversing with guest on their needs.

Recorded the growth of the brewery through the lens of a camera by covering weekly concerts, ticketed dinner events, menu changes, and built a stock file of photos to be used on their website.

Rebuilt the restaurants communication platforms to promote a range of marketing operations: event promotion, menu changes, weekly specials, branding, and public relations. Grew their Instagram following by 30% and increased likes by 34%. Generated 300,000 views on Google images. Hired to maintain the restaurant’s media platforms to promote changes in the restaurant: events, menu changes, and weekly specials. Increased their Instagram following by 46% and generated 140,000 views on Google Images.

•Offered communication services to our client, Cornerstone Pie, a local restaurant located in Ellensburg, Washington. •Constructed news releases, surveys, and promotion for their monthly event 'Science in a pint'.•Provided my personal photography skills to cover their live music events and use for their social media sites as well as for their brochures. •Offered communication services to our client, Winegars, a local ice cream and coffee restaurant located in Ellensburg, Washington. •Planned and executed a car smash event on campus to promote Winegars discounted scoop night. •Created social media post, flyers, tabled at Central Washington University, and contacted and worked with local new sources to gain coverage of the event by providing media kits and press releases. The event received over 200 participants.

•Captured photos of events held around Ellensburg and Central Washington University for the student-run newspaper. A total of 11 publications in six issues. •The Observer has recently been awarded “Best All-Around Non Daily Student Newspaper” by the Society of Professional Journalists and “Best of Show” from the Associated Collegiate Press convention in Los Angeles.

•Fabricated 10 custom electro-magnetic components for customers in aerospace, medical and commercial industries. The production line worked as a team of 30 people and functioned by strong employee communication skills to accomplish large work orders on time. •Actively worked in the testing center ensuring the electro-magnetic components met quality requirements by using Voltech AT3600 testing machines. •Customer's often made company appearances to inspect the assembly process giving me investor relation experience.
