In this wide-reaching role I mostly focus on recruiting and hiring personnel for our plant and warehouse operations. I also assist and/or manage employee relationships, accountability, and discipline, worker's comp, FMLA, updating internal policies, and consolidating and creating internal paperwork. It's something different every day!

Assists clients and candidates with job placement services including temp-hire, temporary, and direct hire opportunities. Supports sales activities through providing excellent customer service and follow-up with new and established clients.

• Worked with the payroll team to meet published deadlines for payroll processing.• Prepared and uploaded and/or entered a high-volume of employee data, including hourly, salary data and tax data using ADP payroll system.• Handle incoming phone calls and e-mail inquiries from employees in regards to payroll and human resource issues.• Acted as customer service agent to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.• Adhered to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.• Prepared journal entries for entry by the Accounting department.• Assisted in the development and creation of the Payroll Training Manual.• Maintain personnel files and administers payroll changes, i.e. new hires, transfers, promotions, separations, etc. using ADP payroll system.• Perform payroll duties through ADP for approximately 700 employees.
