I lead two specialized payroll teams: one focused on U.S. payroll services and the other on expatriate payroll. I lead a small team that specializes in handling escalated or complex payroll issues or questions with employees.We work across multiple lines of business to provide a seamless experience to our customers which are from all levels in the firm. We focus primarily on escalated or complex payroll tax inquiries(supplemental taxation, business travel taxation, imputed income, etc.) with employees. However my team also handles any payroll related inquiries that cannot find an immediate owner.Outside of servicing employees I also develop custom reports via Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), generate/upload HCM Data Loader files (HDL) when needed, and upload payroll adjustment files via proprietary software.

Support payroll conversion project from Peoplesoft to Oracle HCM. Analyze and review test scenarios, conversion data, and escalating discrepancies to stakeholders as appropriate. Coordinate testing efforts with other stakeholders or third parties and ensuring all efforts are completed upon agreed deadlines. In addition, I support conversion readiness by assembling procedural documentation for the production environment.
