I intertwine this curiosity approach with traditional process improvement approaches (from my rich history in automotive manufacturing) to create impactful changes. I develop true strategic plans, closing gaps and transforming big goals into actionable initiatives for all levels of the organization. I believe that human connections make the world go round. All work is done through people.
