Global Business Operations - Treasury & Finance Operations - Financial Reporting & Bad Debt- Owns the entire write-off process both operationally and strategically- Manage all accounts globally that are deemed uncollectable and process customers to return- Remove uncollectable accounts from the AR and place them with third party agencies for recovery- Partners with customers, internal peers, upper management, and manages the relationship with our third party collection agencies- utilizing sound judgment under potentially tense situations- Communication must be courteous, yet firm while applying both Salesforce policies as well as navigating through sometimes challenging legal issues- Provides management and operational reporting for all accounts written off and sent to third party collections. - Review all negotiations between 3rd party collections, attorneys and customers- Litigation and Mediation: work closely with in-house and outside counsel

Global Business Operations - Revenue/Sales Operations - Order Management- Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Salesforce.com sales order acceptance policies.- Process contracts and orders and ensure all documentation is in compliance with revenue and company policy.- Manage provisioning/delivery issues.- Responsible for daily/monthly audits of all Compliance reports.- Complete compensation transactions to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.- Work with Sales and Collections assisting in account reconciliations for customer billing investigations and disputes.- Validate AE/Renewal Opportunities for Sales forecasting.- Possess strong level of expertise in SFDC Application- Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base.- Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures.- Establish strong relationships with Sales, Renewals, Collections, Adjustments, Compensation, Rev Rec., Legal, and other internal resources as appropriate.

- Prepares invoice payments for all properties to be sent out to accounting team- Collect payments from property tenants and vendors- Maintain and follow up on tenant and vendor Insurance Liability- Input all invoices, insurance updates, and Lease Summations into system database- Transfer Estoppel information into CAC system
