• Design, execute, direct and complete financial reporting audits of on-shore clients in various industries (i.e., Automobile Dealers, Advertising Agencies, Manufacturing, among others).• Prepare financial statements with the applicable accounting disclosures and related supplemental information as required by local laws.• Lead and manage resources to ensure performance measures and metrics are established and met throughout the execution of the planned audit work.

- Design, implement, improve, execute, and manage the complete audit cycle and project management on multiple engagements, including local and off-shore companies and organization on industries such as Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Automotive, Technology and Computing, Government, Films & Entertainment, among others.- Digital Coach whereby participated in conferences and trainings in the region focusing on process efficiency on audits, providing relevant guidance across hierarchy levels from staff to executives, and solving client's evolving challenges by developing new ideas and approaches utilizing data analytics.- Review financial statements to ensure transactions are being recorded and disclosed accurately and in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and relevant industry guidelines. - Perform and review complex data analytics and data mapping around information governance and data management projects to timely identify potential accounting deficiencies or irregularities in operating activities.- Project management experience including project planning, quality assurance, economics, and management and reporting on resources/budgeting/scheduling.- Manage, develop, train and mentor interns, experienced staffs and seniors, and assessed their performance for audit engagement review and quarterly performance reviews.

- Perform risk assessment procedures, internal control and compliance testing, and financial analysis for governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations with federal grant programs, and financial institutions.- Design and conduct federal grant compliance testing over grants awarded to Puerto Rico Municipalities and not-for-profit organizations.- Perform data mining over financial information of a foreign manufacturing company to identify potential fraud instances relating to fraudulent financial reporting.
