In Scene+ I became a part of BI team, aiming to upgrade by visualizing skills as well as my ability to tell a story from the data and provide meaningful insights.

As a Senior Data Analyst, I also expanded my knowledge as a project manager, continuing to work closely with the analytics team, but becoming more focused on complex cross-team projects and data architecture. Being in this position, I managed to provide 92% of completing in high-value team projects. Tests and researches, provided by team, led the department to 90% automation without reducing main client metrics. While managing day-to-day team routine, I rebuilt and improved a reporting system in newunited department for fast KPI tracking and decision making.

I started as a Customer Service analyst. In this role I developed and maintained regular reporting system, that allowed business-units to trace key operational metrics and make data-driven decisions. I also provided ad-hoc reports and investigations, created and maintained complex data pipelines in data warehouse. My work led to optimize business processes and reduce support manager fraud.In 2021 I became a member of united operational analytics team which let me to expand my business and analytical expertise. Due to intra-team collaboration, I managed to create a scoping study connected to key operational metric, which gave this metric a boost.
