Administering employee feedback surveys and ensuring corrective action, wherever required.3. Handling employee grievances & disciplinary issues.4. Preparing every month employee status summary and Annually Report for Administration Works.5. Preparing every month Payroll Budget.6. Preparing JD’s for new employees.7. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by HR Manager.8. Preparing Salary Certificates, Salary Transfer Certificate and Service Certificate.9. Responsible and coordinating with IT Dept. for the IT related requirements for newly hired employee.
