• Full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities which includes sourcing, screening/evaluating the candidates, reference checks, and salary negotiation.• Sourcing the resumes from different portals, groups, and referrals (Dice, Monster, etc.,)• Experience in using popular ATS like CEIPAL and Job Diva.• Experience in using LinkedIn to source resumes Screening the profile according to market demand for those technologies, their visa status, technical skills, communication skills, and relocation constraints• Strong knowledge of Boolean search strings to find and shortlist suitable candidates.• Worked with work authorizations like H1B, EAD, green card, citizenship, and tax terms like 1099, W2, and C2C (Corp to Corp).• Interacting with the Consultant's employer (in the case of H1) about the rate and getting confirmation.• Finding the availability of consultants and then conducting telephone screening for them.• Cross-checking resumes and making sure they match the client's requirements.• Submitting the matching resumes according to the client's needs as per desired skill sets• Getting confirmation from the employer and consultant through emails. Building vendor relationships for quick and better results for obtaining the right profiles at the right moment.• Negotiating rates with the consultants who are USC and GC under W2 and 1099.• Develop and manage consultative solid Relationships with Hiring managers and candidates.
