Information Technology Support Engineer
Current• Configure, troubleshoot network and hardware-related issues of ZETRON Dispatch Console.• Manage Helpdesk Tickets and attend user inquires for their Radios and Communications errors.• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of TETRA Radio Devices.• Handle users with care and listen to their complaints, find and solve different technical issues, and record for further actions if need.• Log user issues, replace faulty parts, provide assistance as requested.• Train staff about potential uses of existing technology and individual support on request.
