• Configure, troubleshoot network and hardware-related issues of ZETRON Dispatch Console.• Manage Helpdesk Tickets and attend user inquires for their Radios and Communications errors.• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of TETRA Radio Devices.• Handle users with care and listen to their complaints, find and solve different technical issues, and record for further actions if need.• Log user issues, replace faulty parts, provide assistance as requested.• Train staff about potential uses of existing technology and individual support on request.

• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of information systems.• Troubleshoot all technology issues, Monitor the security of all technology.• Manage network Firewall, Bandwidth, Routing, LAN, MAN, WAN, Routers, using Wire and Wireless technologies.• Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, and other IT assets as per company IT policy.• Train staff about potential uses of existing technology and individual support on request.• Manage Tally Server, File Server, Active Directory Server
