DepartmentMobiltel Oct 2006 - Oct 2007With a team of four, responsible for all multimedia and entertainment services (50+) of Mtel, gathered on one portal infrastructure - Vodafone live! service. This top class technology was implemented as part of the partnership agreement between Mtel and Vodafone. The ecosystem overachieved the forecasts in the business case both in terms of users and sales. The implementation project with 200+ team members was one of the shortest implementation in VF live! roadmap (approximately 6 months) and was acknowledged as a best practice case study for such projects. The launch event was recognized as one of the best in VF live! history. As part of the launch proposition - liveTV streaming was introduces over the newly deployed 3G network.This was one of the most challenging and exciting periods of my carrier! -
