Project Management, Design Management & Development, entire Coordination, Rectification of Structure, Architecture & MEP, Site Visits, Site Execution Support, Site Management, Client Handling, Incorporation of new techniques as per demand & nature of Project,

To co-ordinate with all Associates / Architects / Consultants / Vendors involved in the project . To formulate & follow Timeline to ensure timely completion of Project . To check feasibility of Structure & MEP Services for incorporation in working drawings . To supervise at site according to demand of project. To conduct meetings between all concerned authorities as per requirement of project . To manage all working teams including Contractors / Vendors / Site Incharge / Supervisors etc. either On-Site or Off-Site . To maintain all necessary P.M documents kept for Records throughout the Project . To Travel Intercity or Intra cities for attending meetings on behalf of office .Development of Design with Principal Architect.Inspection of Site ( Structure & Architecture )
