- Cloud infrastructure build, configuration, maintenance and support in Azure- Customer hardware to cloud migrations- Hardware server configuration and on-site installations- Network management and configuration- Customer product support on-site, over the phone and email- Testing and implementation of new products, features and functionality- Working with 3rd party companies / suppliers in order to deliver smooth implementation of new products, features or functionality- API work using tools such as Postman- Automation using PowerShell- Internal phone system management and product / phone system integrations, including IVR, VR and caller ID- Internal domain, email and server management- SQL scripting and database related issues troubleshooting

- Ensure safe handling and storage of all products in line with stock location.- Managing stock levels and keeping the stock database (Sage) up to date.- Accepting deliveries- Regular repetitive tasks, such as, lifting, packaging, checking stock levels of all products.

- Communicating effectively with the customers and colleagues.- Helping to resolve customer complains. - Cash handling and cashing up.- Managing a team of 5-15 within a busy work environment.- HR responsibilities including training and development of staff.

- Assisting the manager in completing numerous software and hardware tasks.- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software problems with desktop PCs and Laptops.- Setting/Configuring home networks.- Installing various operation systems, Windows 2000 pro, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Linux Ubuntu.- Working with and without supervision, answering the phone.- Installing a Cat5e cable within an office environment.- Data Backup and Recovery.

- Keeping the volunteers and organisation`s database up to date.- Importing new voluntary organisations and volunteers into the database.- Mainly working without supervision.- Undertaking and completing various office tasks.- Working with the rest of the office members.- Promoting volunteering within the community.
